You might be thinking, sounds like a vanity project and, well, quite frankly you’d be right. High hopes of seeing this on a cocktail list sometime in my future, a combination of my go-to cocktail and preserves, sounds just about perfect to me!

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Preserves

1 ½ oz Gin

¾ oz Campari

¾ oz Vermouth

Orange Bitters

Steps

Combine ingredients and stir well. Pour over ice into short tumbler – garnish with orange peel.
