The Preservatory Vinaigrette

So simple and perfect over mixed greens with a little fresh Chevre and candied pecans!

 

1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard

3 Tbsp Preserves

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 cup olive oil

Salt & Pink Peppercorns

 

Whisk together mustard and preserves to combine.  Add balsamic vinegar and whisk in olive oil in steady stream. Season with salt and pink peppercorns to taste.

 

Yield 1 1/2 cups
